姜盈霓1,2刘静3隋学敏3 (1.武警工程学院,陕西 西安 710086;2.西安交通大学,陕西 西安;3. .长安大学,陕西 西安) 摘要 采用分段计算的方法,编制了程序对直接蒸发式空气冷却器进行了模拟计算。本文做了一个双开缝翅片管和平翅片管蒸发器的计算比较举例。另外,本文还做了分段法和平均法设计出的蒸发器尺寸比较,结果显示分段法设计出的蒸发器尺寸与平均法相比,偏差比较显著。模拟的结果表明,考虑制冷剂侧压降对传热的影响不大。 关键词 直接蒸发式空气冷却器;分段法;平均法;压降 Computer Simulation of Directly Evaporating Air Cooler in Divisional Method By Jiang Yingni ,Liujing,Sui Xuemin Abstract Computer simulation is made on directly evaporating air cooler in the divisional calculation method. Evaporator with bidirectional slot finned tubes and flat finned tube is compared.In addition, the size of evaporator calculated in divisional method and average method is compared here. The results show that the distinguish between the former and the later is notable. The simulation results indicate that the consideration of pressure drop on the refrigeration side effects slightly on the heat exchange.
